  • Villa Sol – Booking terms & Conditions

The booking will be confirmed after 100% payment of the booking amount and receipt of all the ID’s of guests via email. 

Kindly confirm your meal preference at least 48 hrs prior to the booking (selection of dishes/meals required). Any last-minute changes or additions will not be possible to accommodate. 

  • Villa Sol – Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund provided.

You can reschedule the dates up to 15 days before the check-in (only once, on a weekday & within 3 months of the original booking date)

Rescheduling is subject to availability. Please check with our host for more details. 

  • When will my security deposit refund be processed?

Security deposit refunds will be processed after checking for any damages within 3 – 7 working days. 

  • What is the check-in and check-out time? 

Check-in time is 3pm and the check-out time is 11am. Please vacate the property by this time to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.Late check in-out may incur additional charges.

  • How many guests am i allowed to bring?

We allow upto 15 guests with each booking. Any additional guest at the property without permission is a violation of our terms and your stay will be terminated.

  • Do you serve food? 

Breakfast is included with every booking, however lunch and dinner is an additional charge, please speak to our property manager for the details.

  • Is Villa Sol pet friendly? 

Although we love animals, we unfortunately do not allow pets on the property due to safety concerns.

  • Can we use the kitchen and appliances? 

We do not allow usage of kitchen for heavy self-cooking, our chef will assist you on your food preferences. For using of appliances,  please ask our in-house chef to assist you if you are to use the kitchen appliances. 

  • Can I decorate the place for an event? 

Prior permission is required for any type of decorations. We allow minimal stand alone decorations in the outside pool area only. Indoor decoration is strictly prohibited. Please speak to our property manager for approval. 

  • What amenities are available? 

We have an outdoor swimming pool, table tennis, badminton, football, gully cricket, poolside bar, zen garden, bonfire and a 3-acre coconut farm for you to enjoy a quiet, blissful walk. 

  • How many bedrooms are available? 

We have five ensuite bedrooms in the villa.
